Handwired 1959HW JMH Plexi Power

This Marshall x Hendrix bundle is anchored by the 1959HW JMH, a 100W handwired tube amplifier modeled after the legendary Super Lead designs that powered Hendrix performances during the late ’60s. Driven by four EL34 power tubes and three ECC83 preamp tubes, the head delivers the aggressive upper-mid character, dynamic response and unmistakable Marshall crunch associated with classic Plexi circuits. Its traditional non-master-volume design encourages players to drive the amp naturally for saturated distortion and touch-sensitive breakup, while channel-specific high- and low-sensitivity inputs support a wide range of pickup outputs and playing styles. Handwired construction further reinforces the vintage-inspired design approach, echoing the craftsmanship and circuit philosophy of the original Marshall amplifiers Hendrix used onstage.

Limited-Edition JMH-1 Fuzz Face Pedal

Completing the bundle is Dunlop’s limited-edition JMH-1 Fuzz Face pedal, included exclusively with the Marshall x Hendrix stack. Built around the classic Fuzz Face design that became central to Hendrix’s lead tones, the pedal delivers the snarling sustain, saturated fuzz textures and vocal-like response heard throughout performances from the Woodstock and Band of Gypsys eras. Its traditional round enclosure retains the familiar “smiley face” format associated with vintage Fuzz Face pedals, while the custom purple splatter finish visually ties the pedal to the rest of the anniversary collection.
