Crafted with a basswood body and maple neck, this guitar resonates with thick, crunchy tone that powered early Van Halen classics. The single EVH Wolfgang humbucker fires off searing leads and chunky rhythm chords. A momentary kill switch lets you perform Eddie's signature stutter effects with ease. The 1-piece bolt-on quatersawn maple neck and ebony fingerboard were built for high-speed soloing. Maple provides stability and snap for clear note articulation. The ebony fingerboard, with its smooth, hard surface, lets your fingers fly over the frets without resistance. A compound radius gives you a rounder profile for open chords and a flatter radius for soloing higher up the neck. Jumbo frets make it easy to grip notes and bend strings.
